FAQ
Do you have parking?
Sorry, no parking on site. BUT - good news! We are offering $10 for 24-hours of parking with Parkwell, at their East Evans Lot, just one block away. Reserve on the Parkwell website using the promo code "11Hostel" before arrival!

What is a hostel?
A hostel is unique lodging focused on community and shared social experience. That means we offer fully private rooms like a hotel, private rooms with shared bathrooms, and shared rooms (a.k.a. dorms!) with shared everything. We also have lots of public areas and activities so you can connect with and meet new people.

Nope, we've got you covered. Towels and all linens are included in your stay. In fact, please check all bedding (sleeping bags and other) in with the front desk when you arrive.

11th Avenue Hostel can accept mail, but we cannot hold mail that arrives prior to your week of stay. In other words: if it doesn't arrive within 3 days of your arrival, we have to send it back.
Do you have bike storage?
We love cyclists! We have a bike rack at the back of the building (bring your own lock) and secure bike storage in our basement that is only accessible by staff under lock and key.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48-hours (2 days) or less before arrival will be charged the first night's stay. If you cancel BEFORE 48-hours prior to arrival you will not be charged. For example, if you are staying on January 3rd, if you cancel before January 1st, you will not be charged for the cancellation.
