Best Brunch in Denver

The weekend has finally come and stomachs are rumbling. Time to do what Denver does best and brunch! Denver boasts a variety of spots fit for the perfect brunch, from food halls to early-opening breweries. Check out our local guide to find your next favorite spot.

Jelly Cafe

Colorful, hip and inviting, Jelly is one of the busiest spots in Capitol Hill for a true brunch feast. From house-made hashes, to benedicts and pancakes, what you savor at Jelly will keep you coming back. They are famous for their signature donut holes which come in unique flavors like Thai Peanut. Before you hit the road, grab a complimentary sticker and a souvenir T-Shirt.

City, O’City

Open all but five hours of the day (7 AM - 2 PM every day!), City, O’City brings new meaning to eating like a vegetarian. One of the most well-known plant-based eateries in town, visitors and locals alike go nuts over this place. We’re talking insanely aesthetic meals (check out their Instagram) with knock-out flavor and expertly mixed drinks. The chicken and waffles is one of our favorites on the menu.

Who knew chicken-fried cauliflower was such a winner?

Ivy on 7th

A new brunch concept, Ivy on 7th is a farmhouse-styled restaurant specializing in the tastiest breakfast and lunch around town. Dine inside or on a patio outside and enjoy toasts, breakfast sandwiches and quality brunch plates. Bonus: it’s located right next to Governor’s Park, where you can take a stroll while waiting for a table.

Snooze an A.M. Eatery

Denverites go crazy for Snooze for good reason! Now nationwide, Snooze started in Denver in 2006 and has multiple locations throughout the area. If you have a sweet tooth, indulge in stuffed french toast or one of their signature pancakes (we love the sweet potato pancake!). For savory eaters, benedicts, sandwiches and egg dishes await, including a killer breakfast burrito smothered in locally-favorite green chili.

There is even a “Plant Power” section of the menu dedicated to vegetarian and vegan goodies. Snooze is also dedicated to smart dining, serving only cage-free eggs, composting, recycling, and donates 1% of all their sales!
